Sleeps 6 Cottages
Two of our cottages, The Flower Box and The Lily Pad were once a former flower barn but have been stunningly converted in a stylish and contemporary, eco-friendly finish.
Internally, the only difference between these properties is their decor and layout. The pair have three large bedrooms. Two of which are king-size, with an adjoining ensuite in the master bedroom. The third has twin single beds. Each have a large family bathroom that has a bath and a separate shower. They each have a spacious open-plan living area with well-equipped kitchen, dining facility, living room and small utility area. Underfloor heating runs through-out the properties powered by an air-source heat pump, and solar thermal energy heats the water. The Flower Box has patio doors that face south, drinking in the daytime sun. While The Lily Pad faces west making the most of the afternoon rays to the evening sunsets.
Externally, each cottage has their own privately fenced garden with a lawn and patio area. A yard allows off-road shared parking for up to 3 cars per property. Including an outdoor wash station, the bins, and a recycling area.
The Flower Box and The Lily Pad offer spacious and comfortable accommodation for a truly relaxing holiday. Each property sleeps up to 6 people (with cot and highchair available). We allow 2 well-behaved and house-trained dogs making these properties perfect for a complete family holiday.

The Lily Pad is a delightful cottage with wide open spaces. Sleeping up to 6 people (with cot and highchair available) this cottage is the perfect place for exploring Cornwall.

Sleeps 10 Cottage
Trehaven is a large and spacious single story cottage sporting 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The east wing contains two king-sized bedrooms with ensuites, a twin room and the main bathroom which has a separate bath and shower. The other two bedrooms lie in the west wing and consist of another king-sized room and a twin room that have use of a separate bathroom with shower. This property has an open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen, large dining table and cosy sun lounge with extraordinary views. There is also a large utility area and a dedicated cinema room. Underfloor heating runs through-out the property powered by an air-source heat pump.

Trehaven offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for a truly relaxing holiday. This property sleeps up to 10 people (with cot and highchair available). We allow 4 well-behaved and house-trained dogs making this property perfect for a complete family holiday.

Dog Friendly
In out Sleeps 6 cottages we accept up to 2 dogs, whereas out Sleeps 10 property accepts up to 4 dogs. All guests must ensure their dogs are well-behaved and house-trained (sorry, no puppies) to stay with a bowl of water and a biscuit or two! If you do wish to bring your four-legged friends on holiday, we charge £20 per dog, per week.
Just under a kilometer away from Trehaven, and only 400m away from The Flower Box and The Lily Pad is a mile-long stretch of dog-friendly beach (all year round) with acres of sand to run on when the tide is fully out! Outside the cottages there is a tap and hose where muddy/sandy paws can be washed off after an exciting day exploring. A towel is provided for a good dry off and rub down!
Each garden is fenced with a lawn area, and a mess bin is provided for you to clear up into. We respectfully ask that all dogs are kept off the furniture and beds during their stay, and that they are never left unattended in the properties at any time. A list of dog-friendly beaches, pubs, vets etc. is available. Also suggestions for walks and days out with your best friend(s). Doggie day care businesses, dog sitters and kennels are available locally for the days/evenings when you might want to explore alone.
